These general conditions of sale "The General Conditions" are concluded between FRENCH COUTURE and any non-commercial natural person ("The user") wishing to make a purchase on the website www.frenchcouture.fr

The parties agree that these General Conditions exclusively govern their relationship. The site www.frenchcouture.fr reserves the right to modify the General Conditions from time to time. They are applicable as soon as they are put online.

If a condition of sale were to be lacking, it would be considered to be governed by the practices in force in the distance selling sector whose companies are headquartered in France.


ARTICLE 1: OBJECT

The General Conditions aim to define the terms between the site www.frenchcouture.fr and the user, from placing the order to after-sales services, including payment and delivery.


ARTICLE 2: PRODUCTS

The products governed by these General Conditions are those which appear on the Website www.frenchcouture.fr and which are indicated as sold and shipped by FRENCH COUTURE. They are offered within the limits of available stocks.

The photographs of the products are not contractual.


ARTICLE 3: PRICES

The prices of the products are indicated in euros all taxes included. They take into account the VAT and any reductions applicable on the day of the order. ARTICLE 6: DELIVERY

6.1. Delivery method

The products will be delivered to the address indicated by the user on the order form. All products leave our premises in perfect condition; thus the customer must inform the carrier of the slightest trace of shock (holes, traces of crushing, etc.) on the package, and if necessary refuse the package. A new product will then be sent to him at no additional cost.

The exchange of any product declared, a posteriori damaged during transport, without any reservation having been issued upon receipt of the package, cannot be supported by FRENCH COUTURE.

 Packages are prepared from Monday to Saturday, and the preparation of the order is done within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of payment.

As in all expeditions, it is possible to suffer a delay or that the product gets lost. In such a case, we contact the carrier to start an investigation. Every effort is made, as long as necessary, to find this package. In the event of loss proven and declared by the carrier, the trader will be reimbursed by the carrier and will deliver a new identical package at his expense.
